Hydrotherapy is a therapy in which a person is asked to drink natural spring water and hot water treatments followed by cold and vice-versa are given and exercising in water is taught. All these strengthen one’s immune system.

Detoxification is the most preferred way in naturopathy. It is done by giving enemas, doing fasts and by drinking large amount of water.
