Grow your Hair Long and Strong

A balanced diet is the fourth critical step to make your hair long. Hair needs vitamin A, E and good amounts of protein in diet.
You must always condition your hair after shampooing. This fifth factor is very important. You may try natural conditioners like curd and amla powder. These provide much needed nourishment to growing hair.
Regular oiling and application of hair once in a week is the sixth step to make your hair strong and long. Oil your hair once a week by massaging the oil into the roots. Application of hair masks by mixing egg yellow and olive oil can do wonders to your hair.
You hair mask may also include Triphla powder mixed with curd to make a smooth paste. You must frequently comb your hair to keep them untangled.
