The silver liner and black eye shadow blend is completely out of fashion. Try avoiding it unless you plan to go on a customer party.
Step by Step Procedure
Dab on some concealer on the eye lid. This will help the eye shadow to spread smoothly and blend easily with the other color.
Let us take example of a purple eye liner being used with a deep pink eye shadow. Once you have put the eye liner on the upper and lower eye lid, make the line a little thicker on the middle area of the upper eye lid.
Now, using the eye shadow brush apply it from the middle to your eye brow bone, til the end of your eye brow.
Using the brush, blend these two shades, using the purple shade from the area of the middle of the upper eye lid.
You may apply a very thin coat black color eye liner to bring up lighter shades like peach, baby pink and little purple.
Now, using your ring finger you can blend them as if one color is changing into another.
Apply several coats of mascara for that stunning look!
