Immediate actions to get rid of the cellulite include improving blood circulation in body, reducing consumption of fat in diet and restoring health of the liver.

Immediate Changes in Lifestyle

Foods that will maintain good health of liver are broccoli, watercress, horseradish, mustard greens, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, kale, collards and Brussels sprouts. Include more cruciferous vegetables in your diet.

These vegetables contain lecithin, a compound which is believed to aid in elimination of toxins in the body.

Grapes and goji berries are powerful antioxidants and they work as potent liver tonics. For this reason they are believed to aid in dissolving the cellulite. Other powerful detoxifiers include walnuts flaxseeds, oily fish and Brazilian nuts.

You will need to cut off a few things completely from your diet. These include foods that contain trans fatty acids, caffeine, red meat, saturated fats, refined foods, excess sugar and excess salt.

Increase in estrogen levels in body triggers formation of cellulite. Dairy products and red meats are believed to boost estrogen production and create hormonal imbalance.

Quit smoking. The tobacco shrinks the blood vessels and reduces blood circulation. Avoid excess stress. It leads to hormonal imbalance.

Since cellulite deposit most frequently occurs on buttock and thigh region, spot exercises will help greatly in reducing fat from this area and hence aid in cellulite loss.

Side raise, squats, swimming and jogging are some of the best options available.

Sesame seed oil and coconut oil are extremely effective in cellulite reduction due to their antioxidant abilities to fight the free radicals.

Massaging the areas with these oils helps in mobilization of the fat and hence aids in its metabolism. For the same reason, body moisturizers should be used daily after bath.

Herbal Help

Gotu kola, liquid algae, milk thistle and agnus castus are potent liver detoxifiers.
