Get Rid Of Wrinkles
As age advances everyone gets affected by wrinkles. When one becomes old the skin losses its elasticity thereby causing wrinkles. This is a natural process and no one can stop it but you can definitely reduce it. You have to follow simple steps to look young no matter how old you are.
There are two very basic things that one has to look after. First of all drink more and more of water. This way you would clear all the toxins present in your body as waste and thus there will be no effect of them on the skin.
Secondly you have to save yourself from the sunrays. Do not go out when sun is shining bright and even if you have to go then do use a good sunscreen.
Massage your skin with olive oil. This is a very good remedy. Massage it in the opposite direction of the wrinkles. Keep your face clean. Wash your hands and face whenever you return from outside. Do not apply heavy makeup and if you do so then remove it when you return from the party.
Diet also plays an important role. Have fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid spicy and fried food. Stay fit and go for regular walks and exercise daily.
Carrot juice does wonders for the skin. Drink a glass of carrot juice regularly for a couple of days and see the changes. Other than this fresh juice taken regularly is not only good for the wrinkles but it also leaves you with glowing skin.
Make a paste using lemon juice and milk cream and apply it on the face. Let it dry and then wash off. Do it regularly for a month and see that not only wrinkles but also the dark patches present on the face would vanish away.
There are anti-wrinkle creams present in the market. Apply them on the sun-exposed areas. Various treatment options are also available for removal of wrinkles. One can also opt for them if they look very ugly.
