Lie down on the floor and maintain legs together and straight. Hold right leg and pull it against your abdominal region by wrapping the arms around the leg.
Keep the left leg straight. Count till 10 and then release the leg. Repeat with the left leg.
Stand against a wall such that your buttocks are near the wall. Twist your waist left side and press. Immediately twist to right side and press right butt. Twist in a rhythmic manner.
This exercise should be done for 30 minutes or one hour in order to reduce fat from the butt region.
