Look in front and keep your eyes open. Get your tongue out and try to reach the chin. As you do this, open your eyes wider. Feel a stretch at the sides of your eyes and cheeks. This exercises flushes out toxins from the eyes. Repeat 5 to 6 times.

Inhale air through your mouth and press nostrils so that air cannot escape. Press the air against the inner wall of the mouth. Open one nostril and release the air. Inhale again and repeat with the other nostril.
