Fruits and nuts can be used to suffice your hunger craving anytime and anywhere. Keep nuts with you in your pocket or bag so that you can just eat a few and get back to your work. Nuts like almonds, cashews, resins are high in omega –fatty acids and vitamins. These vitamins and fatty acids work as incredible antioxidant and fight all signs of aging. They help in prevention of cardiovascular diseases, skin ailments and nervous system disorders. But do not consume those nuts which have been covered by artificial sweeteners like edible gum. They just add to the calorie content and do not provide additional nutrition. So, just keep it natural.
