Fatigue has become part of daily life. Many people resort to healthy living to fight all signs and symptoms of fatigue. Here are a few simple tips to remain free from fatigue.
Breakfast is the most critical priority of the day. Make sure to include all three balancing ingredients-proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Fats and proteins can be avoided in case of a medical condition. Nutrition is the key to strengthen the mind and the body to deal with stress and fatigue. Also, during the day avoid snacking with fried food and white bread. Try to eat fresh food and avoid packaged or stale food.

Rather than following a strict diet try to take one day at a time. If you are living each day by making healthy food choices half of the trouble is solved.
Maintain a body clock and stick to it. According to your lifestyle form a routine for your eating and sleeping habits. Let your body tell you what time it is. This way you will not encounter accidental fatigue.
In case of a minor health problems like cold and cough try using herbal medicines.
