Prevention
Wash your mouth after meals to wash out residues of food in between your teeth. Use your tongue to keep your teeth clean. This is especially important for people who eat meals prepared with turmeric. The spice imparts a yellowish tinge to the food to which it is added to.
The same rule applies when you need to consume tea/coffee and cannot avoid it. If you cannot wash your mouth then drink water. This will prevent deposition of pigment on the teeth. Quit smoking or use of any other tobacco product.

While brushing your teeth mix some charcoal powder with it. Dilute hydrogen peroxide with water (both taken in 1:1 ratio). Rinse your mouth with this solution. Wait for 10 minutes then rinse with water. This remedy can be repeated every day but malic acid should only be used once in a while.
