Foot Stress And Solace
Try pressing the tips of your toe with the pressure of your thumb. It pains! Doesn’t it?
Most people who do not have regular pedicures or foot massages will instantaneously feel the pain of the pressure of the thumb on the lower side of any foot finger. Nevertheless, out feet have pressure points
that provide channels of connection with the entire body. But is not acupressure I am hinted at. I am hinting at how stressed your feet are.
Feet experience several problems. Most common being dry feet, torned feet, cracked feet and corns. These all can be prevented by following simple daily routine. Every morning, during bathing, just scrub in feet with Epsom stone for about 60 seconds.
This would immediately remove dirt and dry skin from the feet and provide instant circulation fro a kick start morning. At night, apply cream based lotions on feet and massage each foot by holding all five foot fingers together. Move thumb underneath the foot in circulatory manner to boost the circulation. Tea tree oil and Eucalyptus oil are best options for a comforting massage. Coconut oil and sesame seed oil are equally good. Spread your massage towards the ankle with thumb.
Also carry on the pressure across the heel area. Make sure the strokes are running towards the ankle. An interesting exercise for your painful feet is –make circlets with your feet on ground, as if making on sand. First clockwise and then anticlockwise, alternating each time.
If you have tortured your foot with heels for entire day simple pamper them by this. Prepare a blend of 4 drops of eucalyptus oil, same of peppermint oil and half cup of Epsom salt. Put this blend into hot water bath and soak feet in them for 30 minutes. Another aromatherapy idea is to dab on tea tree oil, with cotton, directly to your feet. Walk on in comfort and confidence.
