Foot Care Made Easy

If comfort was followed bye everyone there would not be any issue. But when it comes to foot we tend to take fashion risks and consequently do pressurize  the two feet to bear with us.  If ignored for long these small foot problem lead to more severe conditions. The stress felt by feet directly effect knee muscles and tissue structure. The risk factor for arthritis and osteoporosis increases.

Every alternate day try to put feet in warm water at the end of the day, just before going for sleep. Add some Epsom salt to it for removal of dead cells. Pat dry and apply foot moisturizer. You also apply some olive oil and massage on pressing lower side of foot with pressure of thumb. This will help you sleep better too.

Feet tend to get darker in texture during summers due to sun exposure. Coconut milk can be used to remove this tan.  After soaking feet in warm water and pat dry. Pour on coconut milk and mashed papaya on feet and massage on. Let them remain in this mixture for 20 minutes and wash off with cold water. If your feet are extra dry then you may also add honey for extra moisturising.

Instead of coconut milk you can also use buttermilk. Take rice flour and mix curd in it to take a smooth paste. Apply this paste of your feet and let it dry for 20-30 minutes. Again wash with tap water.

Using of pumice stone to clean feet surface. Everyday during bath you must gently rub pumice stone on lower foot surface. This is necessary to cleans out dead cells.

If you have trouble of cracked feet here is an amazing home remedy.  Warm a candle so much that its wax melts. Immediately allow this melting wax to be filled in the cracks of the feet. This will help in healing cracks faster.
