Aerobic exercise and cardio keep your body toned up and gives it a youthful appeal. For skin rejuvenation you will have to follow the strict regime of cleansing, toning and moisturizing. Use cream based cleansers which do not leave your skin dry. As far as home remedies are concerned use skin tightening masks.

You may mix egg whites in honey and apply all over your face and neck region. Leave it to work for 30 mins, and then wash with cold water. Rubbing of inner side of the papaya peels on the skin also tightens the skin. For fine lines, take 2 drops of olive oil and work in upwards and outward strokes to reduce lines. For the sensitive eye at the end of the eye, gently massage in 2-3 drops of olive oil. Sweet almond oil can also be used.

A good night sleep is must for your body and mind to relax. Therefore maintain a regular body-cycle. You may be trying every possible thing but still not getting result? Well, probably you have not been smiling enough. Think again.
