If we are not even near to our desirable body shape then we must be doing something not correct. The most crucial factor being the food we eat, including how we eat it.

Eating habits tell a lot about our personal self. But we would not talk about that now. Let’s try to amend some of the eating habits we have.

Are we drinking enough water daily? If yes, then where is problem of disturbed bowel coming from? Drinking enough water daily is necessary for complete well being. It is required for providing hydration to the entire skin of the body. It sweeps away the toxins generated in the body and also those which had entered from outside.

It therefore cleanses the entire body. Just 8 glasses are enough to solve day to day trouble. But if more salty diets are taken in, increase the intake accordingly. Did you know, that water evens helps in maintaining optimal blood pressure? Well, now you know.

Take small bits and chew as if it is an exercise for your jaw. The digestive enzyme amylase will help start digestion of food right in the mouth and with us chewing more ads more, the enzyme gets more time to digest food.

This way much work for the rest of the bowel system solved. If non-veg is the pick of the meal, do remember to eat salads with it top add fiber content your meal. This would act as carriers of your food and guarantee easy passage through out the gastrointestinal system.

Eat more meals but in less quantities. This is applicable to both who are looking forward to lose weight as well as to gain weight. Obviously, the choice of meal will vary accordingly. Quit red meat and choose sea food as healthy alternative. Choose cooking oil with high heating point. Olive oil and grape seed oil are becoming popular as healthy cooking oil options.
