Make sure you consume enough diary products to receive enough calcium. Women need 1200 mg of calcium everyday. A standard serving of curd bowl offers 300 mg of calcium. Magnesium deficiency is well associated with mood swings of the women. It may also increase bloating during periods. Peanuts and tofu are good source of magnesium. Eat on.
