You will have to consume foods rich in carbohydrates, fats and proteins to compensate for excessive loss of weight. You can have lean meats, eggs, dairy products etc. to achieve the same. Foods To Avoid

You will have to keep away from foods which have no nutrients. Foods made out of white and processed refined flour are widely used in the making of foods like pastas, pizzas etc. But these possess no nutritional value.

You can include more of fiber rich brown foods to your diet as these are very healthy. Avoid having foods from outside as those can have a negative impact on your health. Such foods are made in unhygienic conditions and can increase your chances of acquiring various microbial infections.

Moreover, your immune system becomes weak because of AIDS and this can put you at the risk of developing such infections with ease. It is best to consume homemade food cooked in hygienic conditions. Also remember to have foods that are fully cooked to prevent any infections. Avoid having partially cooked eggs and sea food.

Most people suffering from this ailment tend to stay depressed all the time and suffer from loss of appetite. But this habit tends to worsen your condition. You will have to fight this dreaded disease with a brave front. You can have 5-6 small meals throughout the day if you do not feel hungry. You will have to force feed yourself. Those who lead a healthy lifestyle and have a well balanced diet, in spite of suffering from AIDS, are observed to lead a better life than those who do not.
