Role of Exercises

Hormonal changes during menopause affect the glass hour image of every woman and may be the cause of weight gain. The weight gain is the prime cause for stress, raised cholesterol and cardiovascular diseases. Be physically active. Activities like long walks, aerobics, swimming or even gardening are helpful.

Increased Risk of Diseases
