Dealing With Bad Body Odour
Body odour is the unpleasant smell that comes from everyone’s body. As good looking is important for everyone, same ways body odour is also important.
The person then feels very bad when the body odor is not good. When you wear a good perfume people compliment that you smell good. Similarly, if you smell bad one can react to this also.
Causes  of Bad Body Odour
The main cause of bad odour is your lifestyle. Your breath would smell bad if you do not brush properly and floss daily. You also smell bad if you eat food like garlic or raw onion. If you drink alcohol or smoke cigarette then also a very bad smell would come from you. Your body odour also gets bad due to sweating or if you maintain a poor hygiene.
Prevention
Make sure that you take bath everyday if body odour is a problem for you and in summers it should be done twice if you sweat a lot. Use good body wash or soap every time when you bath. After bathing do apply deodorants. Never repeat your undergarments, as they are the first one to come in contact with the body sweat. Change them daily and change your clothes also daily especially in winters.
Home Remedies bad body odour
It is very simple to maintain your body odour. Some home remedies are there to help you. When you take bath apply some baking soda to your armpits and feet, as this is a very good home remedy. Putting rose water in your bathtub is also very useful as it would make your body smell good for the whole day and there would be no need to apply deodorant.
Put some drops of white vinegar on cotton and rub on your armpits. The smell of vinegar would go in some time and you will remain odour free the whole day.
Diet also matters in body odour. If body odour is a problem then avoid hydrogenated oils, white flour and also avoid red meat as it releases toxins in the blood, which cause smell in sweat. Eat a healthy diet with lots of green vegetables, sprouts, fresh fruits, raw nuts and other healthy foods.
