Our back bears the entire burden. It is the most stressed area of our body and needs much care. But sadly, we are more focused on our face, manicures and pedicures. Good back care can actually keep you stress free and help deal with work better. Hear is what you can do or get done to your back.
There are many pressure points on your body which are connected to all major and minor organ system of body. Ask some friend or someone at home to give you a free hand massage on your back by applying pressure with palm. You will crave for more. This will give you an estimation how much your back has been craving to be cared for.
Get a professional back massage done at a spa. Ever since more and more spas have opened the price of services have been clashed. So you can pick up one service which suits your pocket. Still, for some reason you cannot get it done we have yet another solution.
Ask a friend to do it for you in exchange that you will do for her. You will need a strong scrub. Two towels, warm water and oil. Rest will be work of the hands. Lie down on stomach. Apply water all over the back and apply skin scrubber liberally.Rub on for 15 minutes apply more if needed. This will help in cleansing of the back, removing dead cells. The hard particles of the scrub will trigger sensitive points on the back. Take a towel and wring in water to clean the back. Use warm water.
This will improve blood circulation in the back region. Now take olive oil or coconut oil for massage. If you have acne problem on back then chose coconut oil. The massage should be upwards, towards the brain. Do this for 20 minutes. Using towel again pat dry excess oil. Bath after 2-3 hours with warm water.
