Dark Circles Around Eyes

People have eyes of different colour, shape and size. Beautiful eyes make you look beautiful. But the presence of ugly dark circles around the eyes can definitely spoil your looks.
Dark circles arise due to lack of nutritional diet, tiredness, exposure to sun, pregnancy, sleeplessness, some kind of allergy or it can be hereditary also. Sometimes allergies can be the cause of dark circles and also some kidney problems can lead to this.
Home Remedies
It’s easy to get rid of them by doing some home remedies. To get these dark circles treated first thing you have to do is to sleep sufficiently. Drink plenty of water and eat good well balanced diet including green leafy vegetables and fresh juicy fruits.
Try not to overstress your eyes. While working on the computer or watching television take some rest in between and wash your eyes with cold water. Place cold cucumber slices on the eyes that would make you feel relaxed and your eyes would look fresh. Tea bags also help to reduce dark circles.
Mixture of lemon juice and cucumber juice when applied to the dark circles regularly can give very good results. Potato juice mixed with cucumber juice is also good home remedy for dark circles.
You can also apply mixture of turmeric powder and pineapple juice to reduce the dark circles. Do massage with almond oil on the dark circles at night before going to bed for at least 3 weeks, it would reduce the dark circles.
Different creams are also available for this problem. But creams with vitamin E and C are efficient to remove dark circles. Rose water is good for skin and equally for the dark circles. Concealers are present in the market which when applied can hide these dark circles.
A very well known home remedy is to mix some lemon juice, tomato juice, a pinch of turmeric powder and gram flour and apply under the eyes. This would definitely give good results. Various yoga asanas are also beneficial to reduce the dark circles.
Even after trying out these remedies, you do not get any positive effect, then you must consult a doctor. He would get some tests done to know the cause of the dark circles.
