Daily Eye Care Made Easy

Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. Let the eyes clashing be as beautiful as they can be. Eyes receive most stress. They see, they tolerate and they are sensitive. The earliest signs of ageing start to appear at the side of the eyes.

The problems that eye face include tiredness, sagging, wrinkles, dark circles and weak eyes. We try to offer you convenient remedies  for complete eye care.

To start with, get used to frequent blinking. This helps in better circulation of blood and relaxation of the eyes.  For example, in an hour, rapidly blink your eyes for 15 seconds continuously.

Keep rose water bottle in your purse. Every two hours take cotton and dab on rose water to your eyes. If you find it messy, simply use rose wipes. If they are cooler it would be better. This will help eyes relax during working timing.

If you apply eye make and think this will mess it, then simply rub palm of both hands against each other. Apply this warmth to eyes .Do it as frequently as you want to relax eyes.

Coming to more serious issue-ageing.  Use your ring finger for this. Use two drops of sweet almond oil or olive oil. Massage it very gently on the side and around the eyes in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction, 10 times each. Now rub hands against each other and apply the warmth to eyes.

Potatoes, cucumber and tea bags will come to your rescue to prevent sagging and puffy eyes. Take freshly sliced thin pieces of potato and apply on the eyes. The starch present in the potato will help in puffy eyes. Additionally, it will help in getting rid of dark circles.

Likewise thin cucumber slices can be used. Used tea bags without milk are a perfect remedy to have tighter skin around eyes. The Gallic acids present in tea work as powerful antioxidants. Keep them in refrigerator and use as and when you want.
