Daily Care for Women
It is an extra load when it comes to lifestyle of being a women. The city life of working women is expected to be of someone who can handle office and home with equal perfection. In between of all these there is hardly any time left to take care of daily nutrition. This is where the actual problem starts.
A good nutrition is the basis of your strength to do anything throughout the day. The foremost is to cut down intake of caffeine, alcohol and smoking. Do not take more than two cups of coffee or one cup of tea in a day. Choose one meal as appropriate to you. It should be that meal which you can really eat things of your choice. This meal should consist of fresh fruits and if possible salad too. If the chosen meal is breakfast then take cornflakes of high fiber content. Try to include at least two fruits everyday.

Folic acid and vitamin E help deal in day to day stress and avoid emotional crashes at home and work place. Additionally, they prevent occurrence of PMS as well.

It is obviously difficult to get time for daily work out but choosing stairs instead of lift can help you daily.
