Condoms for Women

It is now all about being independent even in terms of contraception. Female condom is what a woman can carry with herself.

It is an external contraception method to have protection from unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases. A female condom is of two types.

One is FC female condom and other is FC2 condom. FC condom is made of polyurethane sheath and FC2 is made of nitrile.

FC2 is a cheaper option. To use the female condom, lubricate it enough and place on the vagina.

If during the intercourse the condom slips and enters the vagina one must stop instantly and use another.

The penis needs to be guided to enter the female condom and not enter the vagina otherwise.

Once you are done, twist the outer end of the condom, keeping the sperms inside. It must be thrown and not reused again.

Many people face uncomforted for the first time of use but once the habit is formed this s once of the safest methods of contraception.

The advantages of the female condom include that it can be inserted over 8 hours before the intercourse.

This would not interfere with the instant feelings. It is a good method since most men do not like the idea of male condoms. It material with which FC and FC2 are made are not affected by the moisture of temperature changes made can be carried anywhere.

The disadvantages include that some women have shown difficulty in inserting and removal of the female condom. It is not avoidable easily.

It is also expensive over other contraception methods. Another problem observed is the feeling of self-consciousness that women have shown by using female condoms.

The reason being that the end of the cap of the condom is visible through the vagina and may appeal unattractive. When compared to pill method, female contraception showed success in contraception.
