Hair Loss home remedies

Mix one cup (120 ml) of vinegar in one cup of water. Apply this mixture everyday on hair for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with fresh water several times. Take one cup curd and mix 8 to 10 finely grinded black pepper seeds. Apply this mixture once every week unless hair fall stops. Take care of your eyes while doing this remedy.

Prepare a thick paste of amla and water in a steel glass and leave overnight. Rub this paste on the scalp and wash hair. This remedy can be used daily. Additionally, it improves texture of your hair.

Split-ends

Do not wash hair with warm water. Get your hair trimmed every third week. Massage your head with warm oil every week. Let it work overnight. Mix one egg, a tbsp vinegar and 4 tbsp sweet almonds oil or olive oil. Massage this mixture into the scalp until the scalp starts absorbing the preparation. Wrap hair in a towel wringed in warm water.

Prevent Dandruff

Mix white sugar and lemon juice in equal quantities and apply into the scalp. Application of besan and honey paste completely removes dandruff. You may even mix besan and curd and apply all over your hair. The remedy will give instant shine to your hair.

Premature Graying of hair

Boil caffeinated tea and strain it to obtain tea water. Let it cool. Mix henna in it to prepare a smooth paste. Do not add anything else. Apply this all over your hair for one hour. Then wash off with curd, followed by fresh water.

Dull Hair

Regular massage of hair with sesame seed oil, coconut oil, almonds oil or olive oil can maintain year long shine to the hair. Mix reetha, shikaki, fenugreek seeds, gooseberry powder and sandalwood powder; taking all in equal proportions. Prepare the paste with water. Apply on hair for 2 hours then wash off.

Always keep your hair covered from sun exposure and pollution. Eat a diet rich in protein and antioxidants.
