Ideally, 1tsp, 20 drops, solid extract in ratio 3:1 and as 400 mg tablet should be taken for these conditions.
As far as drug interaction is concerned, it should not be taken with NSAIDS (non-steroidal drugs like aspirin, naproxen or ibuprofen) since it they provide a synergistic effect. Always remember to buy products of standard and are available over the counter.
Use Hawthorn for healthy heart. Hawthorn is useful especially for those people who suffer from a family history of cardiovascular diseases. The herb could be taken 3grams as tea or as a tincture 1:5.
It can also be taken as 20 drops or as solid tables (100-250 mg). Experts say that the herb must be taken 3 times a day. You can take it as long as you want it to take it.
