Fatigue and stress are only becoming part of our lives, just like drinking water or having meals. Many of the life-style diseases like cardiovascular diseases, diseases of the blood and nervous system disorders are stemmed by budding of excessive tiredness and depression. Here is what you need to do to keep yourself going everyday without much worry.
Everyday, take out just fifteen minutes for yourself. This may include spending extra time during bathing, 15 minutes of brisk walk in morning ,etc. These fifteen minutes would help you asses the direction in which your life is going on daily basis. Talk to yourself and tell yourself what all you having been doing.
Talking time out for you can be the best remedy for mental relaxation. Develop a hobby of interest. If you are always running round the clock, stuck between home and work place, try to have a hobby that doesn`t require much time yet brings peace of mind to you.
One such example could be bonsai gardening. These miniature plants can be grown at your home as well as on your work table. Imagine the mental peace in watering and caring for a plant right in your office. Join a community of interest.
According to your time, you may join an outdoor community or an online community that you think would be fun. Examples of outdoor communities would include learning salsa, trekking to nearby places, etc.
There are many online communities where you may meet new people. Keeping an open attitude to meet new people helps in dealing stress on daily basis.
You also become more emotionally strong and learn how to move on. The most consequent aspect of mental health is physical health. It thrives on balanced nutrition and an active physical lifestyle. Eat more complex carbohydrates and less empty sugars. These directly save you from food driven fatigue and stress.
