Cellulite and Its Home Remedies
Much reviewed cellulite has no cure, as such. But is can be prevented to a great extend only if known what causes it. Cellulite affects almost 90% of all women no matter which race they belong to or what is their body shape.
Interestingly, both slim and overweight women experience cellulite trouble. Cellulite is a dimpled skin appearance which occurs most possibly in thighs and buttock region. It occurs, biologically, in response to decreased elasticity of the skin. The fat cells in that area become large enough not to be adjusted by the fiber present in that area and therefore a layer of random skin settlement occurs which is uneven. There are many reasons of cellulite development.
One easy cause is ageing. As ageing begins, it causes decreased elasticity of skin. Genetic and hereditary factors are also in the running. Crash diets also lead to cellulite development. The reason being, body mistakes it as starvation and operated in using saturated fats.
Not having enough fiber in daily diet increases the risk of developing cellulite. Drinking good amount of water daily would help body get rid of toxins.
Smoking actually harms connective tissue. This is the base why it causes cellulite. You want to prevent further damage to your skin then simply quit smoking.
A daily work out of 30 minutes would save you in long run from cellulite. This increased circulation in body and tightens the muscles. Strength training is most beneficial.
Simple home remedies include massage with coconut oil. Eat fruits that are very rich in Vitamin E and other potent antioxidants, for example grape fruit. You may also prepare a mixture of almond oil, rosemary oil and sauf (fennel) oil and apply regularly on desired area of treatment. If you don`t have time to join any physical activity classes then search internet for basic aerobics and yoga postures that pay attention to highs and buttocks.
