If it be told to you that you may lose weight by actually eating, would you believe? Well, believe it or not but by consumption of foods that contain reserve calories you can actually lose weight faster.

Eating these foods and regular exercises can actually make you achieve your dream weight in much lesser time.

Fat burning foods that those foods which use calories for digestion. It also is affirmed by the concept that if fattening foods are eating along with these types of foods, the chances for storage of consequent fat in body is decreased to much extend.

These foods can be part of your daily meals, snacks or even seasonings. Contrary to many people’s myth, mangoes are fat burners. Additionally, they are a great source of vitamins and other nutrients making it a semi-meal in it.

Other common fruits that help you burn that fat are apples, apricots, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon. The fat burning capability of citrus fruits it due to their Vitamin C content which functions as an antioxidant. More examples in fruits include oranges, lemons, papaya, grapes, pears, prunes, cranberries, peaches and cherries.

Always remember that the amount of calories that raw fruits consume in digestion is much more than the fruit juices.

The vegetable section too provides you with huge varieties of choice. Eggplant, broccoli, peas, cucumber, boiled asparagus, cabbage and pumpkin are some of the most common vegetables that help in burning of calories. You may either cook them or eat as desired.

Tomatoes, turnips, garlic and onions too act as fat burner vegetables. Other interesting choices include mushrooms, okra, chicory and green beans. They are the best when they are eaten raw, especially carrots, pineapple, radishes and parsley. When in mood to cook these foods work best when they are cooked-broccoli, turnips, pumpkin, sorrel,
cauliflower and oyster plant.

The recent discovery of power of pomegranate as a fat burner food is created waves across the globe. Ashwagandha, an herb, is also said to have fat burning properties when eaten empty stomach every morning.
