Breast Massaging Techniques

May 19, 2009

Just like body massage relieves us from stress and makes us feel energetic by increasing the blood circulation in the body, massaging your breasts also have many benefits. It goes without saying that breasts is one of the important part of a woman’s body, so proper care has to be taken of this important part.

Breast massaging helps in proper circulation of blood and helps increase the size of your breasts. Apart from this it provides firmness, shape and bust size, thus making a woman confident and happy about her healthier and sexual look. Breast massaging has also been known to reduce the risk of breast cancer, lower blood pressure and intoxicate the body.

The best part of breast massaging is that it is easy to implement and can be performed either at home or a massage parlor. The location is not important but the frequency is! Ideally, every woman, irrespective of her age and marital status should massage her breasts daily. There are no specific methods of massaging as different techniques can be applied depending upon the ones that suit you the most.

For effective massaging, make use of a lubricating lotion or oil to reduce the friction and make the moves around your breasts more targeted. You may start applying little pressure to the nipple and stroking it outwards. Hold your breast and massage it by rotating your hands, first in the clockwise direction and then in the counter clockwise direction.

You may also practice breast lift, wherein you lift your breasts upwards with your hands and release them when they are fully stretched. This process of breast lift provides elasticity to the breasts and is commonly used in beauty parlors or massage parlors. Even gentle rotation of hands over your breasts can be helpful at times.

Remember that breast massaging is important and easy. Though it can be done by an individual, but care needs to be taken to make sure that it is performed in the natural way. Improper massaging can be harmful for your breasts and may also disturb their shape. Try to perform breast massage in front of a mirror as you can easily track your actions and keep your breasts properly toned up.

Love the blog…here’s the deal, check out (www.ThePatientsAdvantage.com); seriously. I ran into them looking for breast implant removal surgeons. They have a great way to find the best surgeons and it is completely free. I have used them a couple times now.
