Breast Beautification Naturally
Dry nipples, saggy breasts and small breast size are most common breast problems. Here are some simple things to know and do to have firmer, more beautiful breasts.
Diet
The fullness of the breasts is due to adipose tissue. The fat tissue grows by absorbing fat from the diet. Milk, cheese, mayonnaise, white butter and peanut butter are rich in unsaturated fatty acids.
You should not regret eating these as far as you are not suffering from any cardiovascular problem.
Increase consumption of these foods. A traditional home remedy is found to be beneficial in increasing size of breasts permanently. Warm 4 tbsp of ghee in a frying pan. Stir 4 large spoons of wheat flour to it. Add nuts like almonds, cashew nut, raisins in it. Allow to cool. Consume 4-5 tbsp of this mixture with warm milk at bed time.
Massage
Massing the breasts is a great way to increase their size and keep them supple. Olive oil, coconut oil and mustard oil can be used in all seasons. Sweet almond oil, sesame seed oil and til oil can be used in winters.
One does not need to warm the oil for the massage. Apply the oil in sufficient quantities to the breasts. Massage them in upward and inward strokes. A massage regime of 15 minutes every day for 3 months will provide visible results.
Ask your partner to stroke them for you during foreplay. Breasts release phytoestrogens on upon touch. These chemicals help in increasing size of the breasts.
Regular massage keeps breasts soft and moisturized. Nipples do not crack. It is recommended to apply body lotion to the breasts after bath.
Sleeping Position and Breasts
Avoid sleeping on the stomach. The position puts pressure on your breasts and may be the cause of sagging. A recommended position for sleeping is to sleep by taking a turn. One can feel that it is the right position because the breasts remain pushed upwards and inwards.
Do not wear a bra while sleeping. Proper circulation and relaxation is important.
