Best Remedies for Dandruff

Dandruff is more a common a problem and acne to any women in a given population. The worst is the re-occurrence. Sometimes, the dandruff is so sever that dermatological treatments are to be taken. Otherwise, simple home remedies are enough for stopping any further damage to hair due to dandruff. There are some effective remedies to prevent dandruff and possible consequent hair loss with it.

Lemon is the simplest and most effective remedy for dandruff control. Take mustard seed oil in two parts against one part of lemon juice. Using the peels of the squeezed lemon juice, apply this simple mixture to the scalp by parting hair.  Best would be to let it work overnight.

If that is not possible then keeping it for 1 hour is also enough. This must be followed by a lemon or lavender based shampoo which is gentle to hair. Also, it should be able to cleanse the hair completely.

If you find oiling to be a messy procedure then you can try rinsing your hair wit lemon juice or vinegar after shampooing. But this treatment cannot be done frequently. Rosemary oils and shampoos are equally effective. They provide an additional advantage of helping in keeping hair healthy and hence decreases hair fall.

If really are serious of eradicating this dandruff problem then try this traditionally tested remedy. Collect hibiscus flowers and removing the thalamus area, put flowers and stigma in a bowl. Put in coconut oil as required quantity. Heat it to get warm enough for habit. Apply on scalp using cotton balls. Using this remedy every week for one moth will not just help in removing dandruff but also bring shine to your hair.

Mixing 2 tbsp of amla in enough curd to make a smooth paste is also an effective weekly remedy for dandruff. Hair fall and dandruff is majorly associated with vitamin and mineral deficiency. So make sure you are taking necessary supplementation.
