In morning, filter out water from these and drink in small amounts daily. An alternate method is to dry these leaves in sun and grind them to produce powder. This powder could be taken in water twice daily. It is effective only fro patients in early Diabetic stage.

One tsp of Indian Gooseberry with Bitter gourd taken regularly for 2 months is another anti-diabetic elixir. When we talk about vegetables; onions, string beans and garlic are useful in maintaining proper blood sugar levels.
