People who consume non-vegetarian food are prone to stomach infections and stomach disorders. It happens that a person consumes meat at a party or function without checking its quality. If the meat used in the recipe is of inferior quality then it may upset the stomach of the person consuming it. Also, there are high chances of the occurrence of food poisoning and in some cases, it can be really fatal.

Also, it helps the body to remain free from toxins and increases the life span of a person. Therefore, adopting vegetarian diet is definitely essential to lead a healthy and satisfied life.
