Biotin also prevents pre-mature ageing of the hair. It is found in rice, milk, liver and whole grains. To promote good circulation of the scalp, Vitamin E is required which can be obtained from dried beans, soybeans, vegetable oils seeds and nuts. Vitamin B6 and B12 help in prevention of hair loss. Daily supplementation is helpful. Natural sources include fish, eggs and milk.
Pantothenic acid, along with Inositol helps in prevention of graying of hair and maintaining better scalp circulation. Pantothenic acid or Vitamin B5 can be obtained form grain cereals. Inositol is obtained from mainly citrus fruits. All these nutrients are required on daily basis to the body.
