Attractive Hair All Summer Long
Shampoo and conditioning is just not enough for hair care during summers. You cannot wear hat always and there will many times when you just don’t want to be very cautious and let your down in sun and have fun. But this will only leave you guilty for another coupe of days until you give yourself an expensive spa treatment. If you want to save yourself from this entire trouble, try to follow these simple rules.
The foremost rule is to hair hydration. Good to shampoo and condition your hair every third day. Once in a week, after shampoo apply curd liberally to your hair. Let it work for 10 minutes. After this wash off and apply some conditioner so that hair does not smell of curd. Additionally, it provides you with extra conditioned hair. Curd is a great conditioner and cools the hair for the damage caused by sun and warm air. It also helps in providing darker black texture by revitalizing the hair.
On weekends, prepare henna paste with lemon juice and tea water. The 2 tbsp of lemon juice in 2 serving spoons of henna are enough for cutting brown texture of hair. The eta works as an antioxidant for hair. You may add water also to prepare a smooth paste. Apply it all over the hair and let it work for 1 hour. Wash off with plain water. Shampoo after 4-5 hours, followed by conditioning.
Oil your hair with olive oil or coconut oil every 15th day. If you observe that the black texture of your hair is getting spoilt then use amla based oil more frequently.
By the end of the it is all about your diet. Include more vitamin E and A based foods in your diet. You can take multivitamin supplementation daily and see improvement in 2 months. Exercising will help you keep stress at bay and hence this ill prevent hair loss.
