All Types of Aphrodisiacs

There is no scientific proof but since centuries the aphrodisiacs have established themselves are the ingredients which stimulate sexual intensity. These ingredients could be in form of fruits, vegetables, scents, herbs, drinks or in form of a recipe.
There has been mention of biscuits prepared from eggs of sparrow in the book “Kama-sutra†which is said to increase sexual ability of men to such extend that they can enjoy as many women as they want.
Foods
The shape of certain food items resemble shape or size of human genitals and thus is said to trigger the desire. For example, oysters resemble female sex organ whereas banana and cucumbers remind of male organ.
The thing with raw oysters is that they increase production of testosterone in males and thus set the pulse racing. Additionally, the dopamine hormone increases libido in both men and women.
Breasts of women are associated with shape of apples, oranges and mangoes. But the nutrients available through these foods actually lights the fire.
Other foods that are labeled as aphrodisiac are figs, dates, strawberries, tomatoes, truffles, onions, mushroom and cinnamon.
Men are especially aroused through buttered popcorn, vanilla scent and flavor, cheese and pumpkin dishes. For women, it is more with anise, garlic, ginger, licorice and cucumber.
Scents
Before we talk about herbs and synthetic scents, the pheromones of human itself acts as a powerful aphrodisiac. Many men and women agree that they were initially attracted towards their partner because they smelled a certain way.
One`s own body odor is a strong aphrodisiac in itself. Many men report that the natural smell of the vagina is what works as an aphrodisiac for them.
But same is not applicable to women. Women rather like musky odor on the chest of a man, predominantly due to hormone androstenone.
Herbs
Each herb is used for specific purpose. For example, lavender helps in better expression, lime is used to increase sexual appetite, ceder wood helps in making it easier to open up for each other.
Rose is the most erotic scent of all times. The color, softness of the flower and the long lasting fragrance makes it top the list.
