All In All Its About Moisturising
Skin tells itself how old it is. Also, how young it is. Extreme winters and summers are biggest challenges for any skin type. You may continue doing the cleansing, toning and moisturizing routine but a little something extra is essential if you want that beautiful, to-die-for skin. Here is what you need to do.
To take care of all three types of skin we first talk about the dry skin. Dry skin needs a lot of care during winters. The routine for skin care must be as follows. At night, use cleansing milk or cream based cleanser. Then gently wipe face and neck region with rose water.
Use a thick cream or oil based night moisturizer. The best is to use natural moisturizers like sweet almond oil, olive oil or jojoba oil. All these oils are required in small quantities, just about 3-4 drops and patted all over the skin surface.
Your morning moisturizer must be something which is not too sticky. There avoid using oils. Although Jojoba oil can be used on the entire body since it is completely odorless. Another homemade moisturizer is equal quantities of rose water, honey and lemon. The prepared mixture must not last longer than a week. The normal skin is much less to worry about.
But still it needs to be taken care. A nice daily routine of Cleansing, toning and moisturizing is sufficient. But a nice moisturizing face pack every 15 days will just do that extra. The oily skin, having advantage of natural tight skin, simply needs to follow a nice cleansing routine.
Only night moisturizing is required. Do not skip the matt based moisturizing. Be a water baby. So what if it is winter and you do not feel thirsty. Drink on atleast eight glasses of water. I don`t know about what doctors say about drinking water but it has helped me in my digestive processes and I feel at ease.
