Achieve Orgasm

Orgasm or “the little death†may be considered as the one motivated factor for a sexual intercourse. The feeling is different for man and women but it represents a sense of satisfaction for both the genders.
Men are found to be able to reach orgasm more quickly than women. Yet, there are many cases that support those women are capable of multiple orgasms in one episode of love-making before the man is able to have his first ejaculation. Let us try to understand about what influences the orgasms in each gender
Male
It is not necessary that ejaculation and orgasm will occur simultaneously. Orgasm can be achieved without ejaculation. This is common in teenage boys. Younger men are able to fully-recover after 15 minutes of having ejaculation.
Also, it has been found that men who are unable to have an ejaculation due to some medical reasons may still have orgasms.
Use of condoms may interfere with sexual satisfaction in some men. The trick is to use thin condoms as per the individual size. A wrong choice of condom may not allow orgasm or ejaculation or both.
Female
It is a little complex with women. A lot of debating can go on about vaginal and clitoris orgasm. The legendary G-spot is always in controversy. Ironically, sexual intercourse in some women may be fulfilling even without an orgasm. Lack of lubrication and foreplay are two main cause of no orgasm.
Also, women are capable of returning to orgasm immediately, unlike men. An unexplained observation is that though some women sleep after having an orgasm others may remain wide awake.
Sexually Compatibility
Despite the natural differences in male and female orgasm there are several factors that help in establishment of a strong sexual compatibility. The four phases of sexual intercourse are arousal, plateau, getting orgasm and then resolution. These phases signify a fulfilling sexual experience.
Age and health of individual is critical. If foreplay is given enough importance the women can be well turned on. Quick foreplay tips are necking and touching of thighs and lower back. A fully turned on partner be better to give an orgasm than otherwise.
