3 Easy Home Exercises for Women

Every woman gains a few extra pounds during their lifetime; while some may put on only few pounds, others may weigh on the higher side. There is a risk for those women who belong to the obese category, but even those women who are not obese but overweight can face many problems. Now, there are many ways to reduce weight and unwanted fat, but I would focus on 3 simple exercises that any woman can perform at her home.

There are two types of women – housewives and working professionals. While working women always have excuses on skipping their exercises due to heavy work pressure and professional commitments, housewives say that they remain too busy with household activities all day long. Hence I would discuss effective home exercises for women that not only give great results but are very easy to perform, irrespective of your profession. Also these exercises will save you money as you need not go the health clubs or gyms and pay their expensive membership fees. These simple exercises will also save you a lot of time, so that you can spend it with your family and friends.

Commercial Jumping, is an easy to perform exercise. All you have to do is keep jumping the next time a commercial comes on while you are watching TV. Just do it for 2 minutes. Now imagine if you did this say 10 times here and there during the day, you will perform about 20 minutes of jumping.

Mini-trampoline Jumping, can also be performed as a separate exercise along with Commercial Jumping or both can be performed in combination.

Squats, is the third and simple exercise, where you can position yourself against a wall and squat while sliding your back down the wall. You can perform around 3 sets of this exercise with 10 repetitions every day.

All the 3 exercises mentioned above are simple to perform and highly effective. If performed regularly with a positive mindset, any woman can lose those extra pounds feeling slimmer, energetic and confident.
